What Makes Me Different

If I only had to pick one thing, its that I truly care about people; however, there are a few. I was promoted to sergeant in the US Army at 22 and I am the owner of a nonprofit organization dedicated to the mission of ending homelessness and poverty across America. I am here to unify the people in a system that seeks to divide. I refuse to give into Party Politics and will do whats best for you. I am different because I have not had as much time in power to fix simple issues like the housing crisis and the devolution of the nation into full blown fascism.

Who is Matthew Durr?

Matthew Durr is a 23 year old from Aurora, Illinois, which would make him the youngest congressman in the history of his state. He graduated from Waubonsie Valley High School, attended Illinois State University, and The University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. He joined the Army at 18 years old and has served honorably and with great commendations for 5 years.
