Matthew Durr’s Vision for America

Matthew Durr is running for Congress to restore a government that serves the people instead of powerful elites. His platform focuses on accountability, justice, and rebuilding systems that have failed everyday Americans.

Government Accountability and Justice

Matthew believes no one should be above the law. In Congress, he will push for the full release of the Epstein Files so the public can know the truth and those responsible for abuse and exploitation can be held accountable. He believes that wealth obtained through corruption and exploitation should be seized through lawful processes and redirected toward rebuilding communities and helping the American people.

Restoring Economic Fairness

Matthew supports using recovered wealth from corruption and financial crime to invest directly in the American people. His vision includes dramatically lowering the cost of living, ensuring stable housing for Americans, and shifting the culture away from extreme greed toward responsibility and service.

Peace and Constitutional War Powers

Matthew believes Congress must reclaim its constitutional authority over war. He plans to push for a new War Powers Resolution vote to ensure that military action cannot be carried out without proper authorization and democratic accountability.

Rebuilding America’s Systems

Matthew believes many American institutions are failing the people they were designed to serve. He supports a full examination and restructuring of government systems so they function transparently, fairly, and effectively for the public.

A Vision for Humanity

Matthew believes the United States should lead the world toward solving humanity’s biggest challenges. Through responsible economic reforms and global cooperation, he supports initiatives aimed at ending homelessness, reducing hunger, and building a future where peace is prioritized over conflict.
